Welcome to CardBridger. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the cardbridger.com website and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
CardBridger is a tool that helps collectors catalog cards, see market price estimates, and discover potential local trading partners. We provide information and connections. We are not a party to any trade between users, we do not take possession of any cards, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of price estimates, which come from third-party data sources and are for reference only.
Trading safety. Trades are arranged and carried out directly between users, at your own discretion and risk. CardBridger does not vet users or meetup locations. If you arrange to meet someone, meet in a public, well-lit place such as a game store or other busy venue, bring a friend if you can, and use good judgment. Suggested meetup locations are provided for convenience only and are not endorsements; we do not verify their safety, hours, or suitability.

CardBridger offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Promotional codes may grant temporary access on terms we specify.
If a paid subscription ends or is cancelled, your account reverts to the free tier. We do not delete the cards in your collection when this happens — your data remains intact. Free-tier limits (such as the maximum number of cards you can add) apply going forward, but your existing collection stays accessible.
You retain ownership of the collection data and other content you add. By using the Service, you grant us the limited license needed to store and display that content to operate the Service, including showing cards you choose to make public on a public binder.
The Service uses third-party data sources for card information, pricing, and mapping, and third-party providers for hosting, payments, and email. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data or services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that price information will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardBridger and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from trades between users, reliance on price estimates, or meetups arranged through the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users or the Service.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
